Following a request from Commissioner Gordon Goodin that NABOR members embrace the plight of the growing number of homeless people in our local community, NABOR staff have developed this designated web page to correlate all the information on hand, and act as a resource for anyone wishing to help. Further information is invited.
Volunteers Needed!!!
2010 Period – of –Time Survey
It is time for the Homeless Coalition’s annual count of the homeless. In order to conduct this vital survey we need volunteers to be trained and perform surveys at churches, service providers, and other organizations that serve the poor and homeless. It is our goal to count everyone!
If you would like to participate in this important event, please sign-up and attend the training session:
- Monday, February 8th: 2PM - 4PM @ Navarre First Assembly of God Church on Hwy 98 east of Wal-Mart in Navarre
At the end of the training session you will have the opportunity to sign-up for a survey site, date, and time that fits your schedule.
We truly appreciate your time and talents and the many ways you are helping our community.
