Participating pharmacies include the following: Publix, Kmart Pharmacy, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Winn-Dixie, CVS/pharmacy, and Albertsons, as well as thousands of independent pharmacies. Is this card really free?  Yes, no strings attached. You can even print your own card and list of participating pharmacies in your area, from your computer at www.naborhome.com . You may also print out additional personalized cards with your name, family or friends.


What savings can I expect?  Discounts range from 5% to 55% (and sometimes higher) but most discounts will be in the 5% to 25% range.

 

What if I have health insurance?  Health plans are beginning to restrict, limit and even exclude certain medications from coverage. Also, deductibles and co pays continue to get higher. Your pharmacist can tell you which way you come out better, this card or your health plan.

 

Will this card always get me the lowest price?  Sometimes pharmacies negotiate their own discounts through their suppliers.  But, we have a low cost guarantee. You will get the lower of our discount or the pharmacy’s if their negotiated discount price happens to be less.

 

 How do I know I am really getting a discount? The best way is to simply ask your pharmacist if you saved money by using this card. Most of the time, you will.

How many pharmacies will honor this card?  Almost every major chain and many independents in Florida (and nationally) participate. For a complete list go to www.naborhome.com and the follow instructions to print an additional card. A list will print out with your card. 

 

You will need to take the card that came with this flyer (or the card you print from the website will also do) with you to your pharmacy the first time you use it. Your pharmacist will create a unique ID number for you and get other info off the card to authorize its use. You do not need to bring the card each time once your pharmacist has your information in their system
